Happy Seizure: being overcome with happiness to the point of high squealing and often it's accompanied by jumping.
I experience these quite frequently, in the grocery store, in my kitchen, at school or in the parking lot. They have become apart of life. An adventure of anticipation as to when one shall spring on me!
