1. ugly stool
2. flip the stool upside down and unscrew cushion from legs
3. cut a piece of fabric, ( i just traced around the cushion added an extra 2 inches)
4. place cushion on fabric
5. use a hot glue gun to glue fabric onto the back of the cushion
6. admire your cushion
7. screw your cushion back to the legs
8. look at your new stools and say "much better"!!!
